Rates

• $125 per 50 minute individual session
• $140 per 50 minute family session

Insurance

I am in network with BCBS/Anthem insurance. Please make sure to inform me of your intent to use your insurance during our initial phone consult. Prior to your first session, please call the customer service phone number on the back of your insurance card to check your benefits.

I am also happy to provide you with a form for out of network benefits for all other insurance types (please check with your insurance regarding reimbursement for OON behavioral health services).

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
