Individual Therapy

I counsel young women around a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, stress, self-esteem, etc.

Therapy is also quite helpful in guiding individuals through challenging transitions that are often a part of life, such as navigating relationships (whether romantic, friend, or family), entering into a new job, going away to college, etc.

Adolescent Counseling

I help teenagers cope with many challenges, including but not limited to: anxiety, stress, depression, problem solving, self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, etc.

Adolescence is a time of change, discovery, and uncertainty. I have a passion for working with adolescents who are coming through this process of self-discovery and building confidence to become their authentic selves.

Family Therapy

I provide family therapy in conjunction with individual sessions for adolescents as needed.

I help families improve their environments through learning healthy communication styles as well as supporting them in finding ways to better handle stress and identify effective ways to discipline. I also aid in exploring how parents can better support the emotional needs of their teens.
